Reading Times for Polar Express operate every 15 minutes within your Ticket Time Slot.

To book your ticket, simply select your Ticket Time slot and Book Reading Time when making your purchase online.

Tickets mailed to you!

Buy your tickets before December 1st to have your kiddos' wonderful invitations and golden tickets mailed directly to your home.

Story Reading

Enjoy the magic of the holiday season with Polar Express readings from the Conductor, immediately following a special appearance by Santa.

Polar Express FAQ

FAQ

Purchased December 1st – 11th: You must pick up your tickets at the museum's Front Desk during regular operating hours. The deadline for front desk pickup is December 11th.
Purchased After December 11th: Your tickets will be held at Will Call and will only be available for pickup on the day of your designated ticket date and time.

Important: Any tickets not picked up from the Front Desk by the end of the day on December 11th will be moved to Will Call for pickup on the day of your scheduled event.
